Welcome
Well lookie here, it's my first ever php layout! I do wish it looked a little prettier though. I'm a Doctor Who geek and I loved the series 4 finale! When I first started making this layout I liked the image, but the pixelyness annoys me and some of the colouring around the Doctor's face. When I tried to open the PSD to re-edit it I got an error message so I'm stuck with this version of it unless I want to go back and do it all over again - which I do NOT. This would origionally have been Belle-Noir's next layout, but I wasn't 100% pleased with the outcome so it's now a free layout instead. Heh wish I could be more positive about it. I do like the CSS though :D

Instructions
- Download the folder and unzip it. Either right click >> unzip or double click the folder to enter it, press Ctrl+A then CTRL+V to copy the files then create your own folder outside the unzipped one to copy (CTRL+v) the files out of it.
- To edit the content of the website open the index page and change the text there as you wish. To create new pages duplicate the index page and edit the content. If you want to change the links open up the footer.php and edit the links.
- Do not edit the layout or claim ownership of it, also please do not remove the link back to my site. If you want to edit the layout then please don't be afraid to contact me! I understand reasons for wanting to customize things, I'm the same, but I do still require a link back to my site and a request from you so that I know I've given it the okay :]
